Submission of proposals for publication as book chapters implies acceptance of and compliance with the rules of these and deadlines referenced above.
Ethical aspects. ICODAS Congress aims, as a whole, to ensure compliance with ethical standards in scientific research:
They maintain an ethical commitment to the academic community and society, inspired by the international agreements taken from the Comité de Ética de Publicaciones (COPE). Authors should take into account the indications of this Committee.
Paper proposals must be original (zero tolerance to plagiarism), scientific or professional in nature. They cannot be papers already published or presented previously or simultaneously in another congress. For this purpose, several specific anti-plagiarism tools will be used, setting reasonable margins and analyzing the cases that exceed these margins (20% max.). We consider as plagiarism: self-plagiarism, errors in the wording of attributions, the nature of the text, quotations, etc. If any of these cases are detected, the papers will be rejected and there will be no right to reimbursement of the amounts paid to the organization.
The Scientific Committee will reject and, therefore, will not be published (informing those affected):
