Registration and Payment

Registration Fee includes:

• Presentation of one accepted paper at the ICODAS 2023 Conference
• Publication of one accepted paper (within 20 pages) in the proceedings (guaranteed only for registration received before May 31,  2023)
• Access to physical/remote tutorial sessions at the conference.
• Access to all remote ICODAS 2023 conference scientific sessions 

Student Registration Fee includes:

• Presentation of one accepted paper at the ICODAS 2023 Conference
• Publication of one accepted paper (within 20 pages) in the proceedings (guaranteed only for registration received before May 31, 2023)
• Access to tutorial sessions at the conference.
• Access to all  ICODAS 2023 conference scientific sessions 

Author Registration

Author registration is compulsory for proceedings, to be sent by May 31, 2023. In order to be included in the ICODAS 2023 proceedings, an appropriate author’s registration and payment for each accepted paper must be received by May 31, 2023. Authors can choose Oral or Poster presentation. The delegates are welcome to attend the conference without paper submission provided that an appropriate full registration fee have been paid. 

Please note that attendance is also mandatory to receive the e-proceedings (you must attend the conference and present your paper in order to receive the conference proceedings).

Each accepted paper should be covered by a conference registration. In case of extra accepted papers without any additional registration, a fee of 100 € applies for only one additional paper (without additional copy of the proceedings). 

Additional pages of papers (more than 20 and no more than 25) imply the payment of 20€ per page.
If you are author and need an invitation letter, please send email to “info@icodas.com”. An invitation letter can be provided to non-authors only for those registered in the conference.
 
Student Registration

For student registration, students must send a copy of their student ID by email to info@icodas.com. A copy of Student ID card will be required at conference venue.
